I've always been an avid hunter and have enjoyed many hunts, in many states, however I have always dreamed of hunting big game in a remote area of Alaska. When I talked to Roy Blackwell, and heard all his stories of his hunting adventures. I knew I needed to make my dream reality. In 2017 my dream in fact became a reality when I flew to Alaska as a client of Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting. I had very high expectations of my 2 weeks in Alaska and I'm here to say " not only did they meet my expectations they surpassed them." The trip was highly organized and well planned. Thanks Roy, I have a great trophy hanging on my wall. This was a trip of a life time!!

I hunted with Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting and was guided by Roy Blackwell, he was knowledgeable and experienced in guiding. The quality and abundance of the food provided was above what I had anticipated for a back country hunt. A shower and latrine were in camp, which was so nice. I tagged a nice grizzly bear, which is now a bear rug in my man cave. I was very pleased and hope to return and hunt with Roy again.

Just a note to "thank you" for the great experience I had in Alaska... This was a trip of a life time for me and very affordable.It was something I have always wanted to do hunt big bears in Alaska!! Guide Roy was the best, he worked very hard to get me on some animals. Roy never tired of scouting for me. The tent and cot were warm and dry and the food was great. Am hoping to come back again and do another hunt with Alaska's Ultimate Trophy Hunting, it was great, can not say enough about the experience.

Hello Roy and Kim, just dropping a note to let you know how much I appreciated my Alaskan adventure. My 2017 grizzly/black bear combo hunt was my first trip to Alaska and I couldn't have picked a better outfitter. Roy did a great job of guiding the hunt to a successful conclusion. And the hunt camp was wonderful and food was very good and plenty of it, never went hungry. I look forward to a return trip!

Thank you for a great hunt and a lifetime of memories, I tagged a beautiful black bear. All after great stalks, black bear was shot within 50 yards. Guide Roy worked so hard and was great company! Food was top notch. Thanks for a great hunt!
